India Space Week is organizing Internship Programmes in Python and Space Science to generate interest in Space Science among students and to prepare students for India's upcoming Space Programmes. This will enable the intern to pursue a career in the space industry and other sectors.
Objective of Internship
The objective behind this internship programme is to give students an opportunity to understand Python and Space Science.

Eligibility:
It is necessary to have passed an Intermediate examination from a recognized board with Science and Mathematics subjects.

Applicants pursuing Graduation/Post
Graduation/Research in the following domains are eligible to apply:-
I) Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA)
II) Bachelor in Science with Mathematics (B.SC. with Math)
III) Bachelor in Science with Physics (B.SC. with Physics)
IV) Polytechnic in Electronics or Electricals or Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
V)Bachelor in Technology (B.TECH)
Candidates from other domains can also apply for this internship.
(Other domains: BA, B.COM, Medical Stream etc)
Application fee
The application fee for the internship program has been fixed at Rs 500.

Selection Procedure
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in a written examination
Period of Internship
The period of Internship shall be a minimum of two months and a maximum six months. After completing internship, Students will be awarded an Experience Certificate. Those who will
not satisfactorily complete the requisite period of internship will not be awarded any certificate or stipend.
Stipend: Interns would be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) per month.

Job Selection:After the completion of the internship, the best 22 interns will be placed on the job in India Space Week.
